Hey there!

I'm Dr. Kristen

I am passionate about giving people the tools to feel their best and live life to the fullest! My personal struggle with my hormones and digestion initially lead me to Naturopathic Medicine and a desire to help women reclaim their health.

Trust me, health can actually be a lot less complicated than you think! My role is to view your health as a whole and come up with a strategy to help you reach your goals. Your symptoms are often clues that help point us in the direction of the root cause of your concerns. Rather than covering symptoms up, its my job to ask why these symptoms are here in the first place.

I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2021 and  completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Dalhousie University. In addition to women's health, mental health is another one of my passions.

When I'm not busy as a Naturopathic Doctor, I love baking, gardening, and diving into a great book - I am a die hard Harry Potter fan and have read the whole series about 5 times now!

I am honoured to guide you through your wellness journey, helping you navigate testing options, nutrition, lifestyle, supplements and herbs to create an individualized strategic plan for success.

Meet Emilia!

Emilia London, CNP (pending)

Co-op Student, Holistic Nutrition

As long as I can remember, I have been interested in the complexities and artistry of the human body. The way each body system interacts with one another has always been a source of intrigue for me. This led me to pursue my undergraduate degree in Human Health Science at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. When I started my undergrad, I wasn’t fully certain of where it would lead me. Many told me I should become a teacher due to my strong ability to teach, and so I contemplated becoming a science teacher. No matter what, I knew I wanted to help others in whatever career I pursued and waited for the right path to be confirmed.

While in university, I was suffering from digestive complaints and food sensitivities that left me feeling confused and disheartened. I saw that my school was offering free consultations with a Holistic Nutritionist and decided to try it out. Her experience was insightful and empowering. The Nutritionist helped me get to the root causes of my digestive issues and gave me tools to support my digestive health. After this interaction, I knew that THIS was what I wanted to pursue and do for others. The field would allow me to combine my passion for health and human biology with my giftedness in teaching and wanting to help others.

I completed my Bachelor of Human Health Science with a minor in Chemistry and with highest distinction at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in 2021. I then continued my studies to become a Certified Nutrition Practitioner (CNP) at the Institute for Holistic Nutrition and will be graduating in April 2024.

I am currently completing my placement hours with Dr. Kristen Johnson ND, and I am excited to offer my services. I have a passion for nutrition education and empowering others to live holistically well, and so I am excited for this opportunity to partner with you in your health journey!
